All platform content (videos, dossiers, code, Wargame simulators, and PDFs) is the exclusive property of Cybersec Academy. Your registration grants a personal, non-transferable license. Piracy, sharing, copying, screen recording, or distributing our content is strictly prohibited under penalty of immediate ban and legal sanctions.
In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, you have a 7 (seven) calendar day right of withdrawal from the date of access activation. If you decide to cancel, a 100% refund will be issued, no questions asked.
The platform features interactive environments (comments, Dossiers, Arena). Any user who uses offensive language, publishes inappropriate material, or attempts real attacks against our LMS infrastructure will be immediately banned without the right to a refund.
Cybersecurity is a discipline that demands ethical and legal responsibility. The techniques taught (Red Team/Blue Team) must be applied exclusively in controlled environments, simulators, or infrastructure for which you have explicit written authorization to test. Cybersec Academy is not responsible for improper or malicious use of the tactics taught.
